As we get more signatures, I want to reiterate something that isn't necessarily apparent from our pledge: we support our players and Coach Zorn. We take issue primarily with management.
I'm not sure what the right combination of players and coaches is. I am sure, however, that Snyder and Cerrato don't know.

Definitely!! I love you Chris Cooley!!
ReplyDeleteZorn showed his inexperience Monday by saying, "I've got to figure this out!" Well, yeah, you do. You looked completely confused when you lost.
ReplyDeleteIf the players are all so talented, then why cannot they come together? It seems as if they are all firing on their own, and unfortunately, you are not able to pull them together.
The attitude of the owner and GM does not help either. Bringing in a consultant who hasn't been in the business in years, and without telling the coach ahead of time is insulting and crazy!
Good Grief!
Mr. Zorn - I say find yourself a team that can be upfront and respectful ... and players that will actually listen to you and not blog about one another with petty remarks. You're dealing with over paid children!
Oh, there's some bums on the team as well. But for the most part they go out there and play hard. Campbell, Cooley, Horton, Doughty, and Fletcher and a few others are true Redskins.
ReplyDeleteMaybe there is hope -- a silver lining or light at the end of the tunnel if you will -- If Sherman Lewis has enough past experience with Meals on Wheels then perhaps he can teach Jim Zorn how to make Filet Migion out of Kangaroo meat -- sad to think or say but true

zorn is not the problem, zorn is sinply the result of the problem -- the problem is snyder --- the mantra should be fire cerrato -- anything else is a waste of time

ReplyDeleteI dunno, "offensive consultant" sounds like a bid to placate the shareholders, and I don't foresee an IPO. I'm not optimistic.

I agree completely. Lavar and Chad Dukes finally reached that conclusion today after a long bout of Zorn-bashing.
